So excited to share some of my favorite business apps with you – not always the most exciting purchases but I’m always thankful for these later on. I use all of these almost daily, they have either brought peace of mind or have benefited my business in some way. I’d be lost without these!

So we’ll start with the ones that aren’t as fun… but SO useful.

Mile IQ – Tracks all my mileage when driving. I am able to sort my “personal” and “business” drives as well as make notes on what I was driving for etc. This is huge for tax time and I already have thousands in write-offs! QuickBooks Simple Start – I use QuickBooks simple start to track my business expenses. It makes sorting my expenses much easier than manually entering them in. This way I can add all my banking & credit cards and see all my transactions. QuickBooks Self Employed is another cheaper option, but I was unable to integrate it with my CRM which is why I went with Simple Start! $10-$15 monthly.

Dubsado – Not technically an app, but it does work wonderfully on mobile. This CRM system is how I send all my invoices, send questionnaires/magazines, track bookkeeping, send contracts & simply stay organized. I would be lost without this. Word Swag– This is how you make all the fun Instagram stories, Pinterest posts & what I’ll be using for my blog preview photos on occasion. Seriously so easy & makes posting so much fun $5 in the app store!

Canva- This is what I use to make my Facebook banners – you can also use Photoshop but it’s so much easier with canva & they already have pre-made templates for you to use!

Proof Share/Shoot & Sell – Proof share is an IPad only app sadly, but this is what I use for all my in-person reveals. My seniors use this app to select their favorites when sorting through their images, it makes narrowing down so much easier. Shoot & Sell is the “Sister” app, I use this to show to scale images on wall spaces, so your clients can visually see what their wall collage will look like.

UNUM– One of my all-time favorite apps. I use this to plan my Instagram feed, track the best times to post, see what hashtags perform best for me & the best part its free! You are able to update for more perks as well!

VSCO – How I edit the occasional Instagram story – sometimes using Lightroom isn’t always convenient for the photos you want to quickly share! VSCO is incredible & the filters aren’t tacky at all.  This is free as well 🙂
