2017 was easily one of the best years of my life, not only business wise, but I saw so many new places and met so many new people. I can’t wait for this year to top 2017 – I will admit it’s going to be tough.
I worked with 30 incredible seniors, 14 brides and grooms from all around Wisconsin, (one couple from South Carolina), and so many engagement sessions and branding sessions as well.
Enjoy walking down memory lane with me, its so crazy seeing how quickly time has flown!
Rang in 2017 the same place I did this year, at my friend Josh’s house with some of my closest friends.
Photographed my first couple of the year at seths coffee, they were also my first wedding of 2017. I can’t believe how long its been – I think i need more coffee shop engagement sessions 🙂
spent a lot of time with my niece Marlee – isn’t she so cute??
Attended my first calligraphy workshop with Mint and Lovely and Victoria Danielle designs, had so much fun and can’t wait to attend another 🙂
Celebrated Marlee’s first birthday, lots of cake, lots of fun.
Moved out of my very first apartment on an extremely cold day. It was bittersweet – I hated and loved it there.
Found my new apartment which I love so much more – we have a GARAGE! Life is good. And we completely transformed it, ugh those walls needed paint so badly.. I think it may be time for an apartment tour blog post?!
Photographed Jena & Dave’s engagement session at third space in Milwaukee, cold and rainy but we made it work 🙂
Photographed my class of 2018 Senior Models. As you can tell it was slightly gloomy 🙂
Photographed Katelyn & Jerod’s wedding, my very first of the year! It was supposed to rain ALL DAY but they had a 7 pm sunset ceremony that needed to happen… as you can tell it all worked out 🙂
I then photographed my first SENIOR of the year, Madison – I still love every image from our session!
Off to South Carolina, I went to photograph Regan and Derek’s gorgeous sunset ceremony, it was SO hot but still so beautiful. I’m so grateful that photography takes me all around the country.
More and more seniors… ah I miss this time of year so much. I LOVE June sessions. The light is so beautiful and if you’re lucky there are flowers still!
Went to THREE photography workshops in July, one in Milwaukee (Hustle & flow) one in Chicago (Liz Franco) and one in Oregon (Cultivate). Met some of the photographers that I look up to and left feeling so inspired and motivated.
Spent some much needed time with friends 🙂
Photographed my last two weddings of the year in September, both were such beautiful days. If you know me – you know how much I love the sun.
Photographed my last senior of the year, Josie – right before I left for vacation!
Went to Dever/Silverthorne in October for my sisters birthday. Had such an incredible time and I already can’t wait to go back this OCTOBER. yay
Got new rims put on my car, after wanting new rims so bad. Ps. I hit a yellow curb 15 minutes after and scratched them. A perfect example of my life.
ADOPTED MY DOG GUNNER. look how cute he is!
Celebrated Thanksgiving with my family at my grandparent’s house!
OPENED A CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES SHOP WITH MY SISTER. check it out! brennerplaceshop.com
Hired my friend and very talented photographer Alyssa Lentz to photograph me. peep the goosebumps in the second photo, lol. It was FREEZING

Spent the first day of the new year snuggling with my favorite animal.
THANKS SO MUCH to all my clients in 2017 for making it such a great year, I’m so excited to see where 2018 takes me but I owe it to everyone who has supported me 🙂
